Infernal Storm
INFERNAL STORM (GREECE)
FROM THE MOUNTAINS OF NORTHERN GREECE, A NEW BLACK METAL FORCE EMERGES!
Hailing from Kozani, in the mountainous region of Western Macedonia, INFERNAL STORM represent a rising force within the Hellenic black metal underground.
Formed in 2020 by Agis Tzoukopoulos, the band delivers fierce, atmospheric black metal that combines the cold, melodic aggression of the Scandinavian tradition with the dark, ritualistic character of the classic Greek scene. Sharp, relentless guitar work, commanding vocals and haunting melodies create a sound that is both ferocious and deeply rooted in the spirit of underground black metal.
Their 2026 release, Winter of the Ancient Wrath, marks an important step forward, featuring powerful compositions such as “Rite of the Northern Sky” and “Boreal Winds”, revealing a band determined to establish its own identity.
Featuring musicians with connections to bands such as Kawir and Triumpher, INFERNAL STORM bring both experience and fresh determination to the stage.
For DARKNESS GUIDES US 2027, their appearance carries a special significance. Performing in the forests of Voio, practically on their home territory, the band will have the opportunity to unleash their music in the very landscape from which they emerged.
BORN IN THE MOUNTAINS. RETURNING TO THE FOREST. HELLENIC BLACK METAL!
