ANGEL (BRAZIL)
A LEGENDARY VOICE OF BRAZILIAN EXTREME METAL – SPECIAL EARLY VULCANO SET!
A true pioneer of the South American extreme metal underground is coming to DARKNESS GUIDES US 2027!
ANGEL, the legendary former vocalist of VULCANO, one of the founding forces of Brazilian extreme metal, will deliver a very special performance dedicated to the band’s earliest and most influential material!
Emerging from the Brazilian underground in the early 1980s, VULCANO helped shape the raw, savage sound that would influence generations of black, death and thrash metal musicians worldwide. Long before extreme metal became an established genre, the band was already pushing the boundaries of speed, aggression and blasphemous expression.
With landmark recordings such as Live! (1985) and Bloody Vengeance (1986), VULCANO established themselves as one of the essential names of the South American extreme metal movement, alongside pioneers such as Sarcófago and Sepultura.
At DARKNESS GUIDES US 2027, ANGEL will revisit the earliest years of VULCANO, bringing back the primitive violence, raw energy and uncompromising spirit of the band’s classic era.
This is a rare opportunity to experience the music that helped lay the foundations of extreme metal, performed by one of the voices who was there when it all began.
OLD-SCHOOL BRAZILIAN EXTREME METAL IN ITS PUREST FORM!
ANGEL – A SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO THE EARLY YEARS OF VULCANO, EXCLUSIVELY AT DARKNESS GUIDES US 2027!
