MINENWERFER (USA)
WORLDWIDE EXCLUSIVE PERFORMANCE
FIRST EVER EUROPEAN APPEARANCE | POSSIBLY THEIR FINAL SHOW EVER
Formed in Sacramento, California, in 2007, Minenwerfer have established themselves as one of the most distinctive and formidable names in contemporary black metal. Drawing inspiration from the horrors of the First World War, their music captures the devastation, despair and brutality of the trenches through relentless aggression, haunting melodies and an overwhelming atmosphere of warfare.
Through acclaimed releases such as Volkslieder, Alpenpässe and Feuerwalze, Minenwerfer have built a devoted international following, earning recognition for their uncompromising vision and their unique approach to war-themed black metal.
Darkness Guides Us 2027 is proud to present an extraordinary WORLDWIDE EXCLUSIVE: MINENWERFER’S FIRST EVER LIVE APPEARANCE ON EUROPEAN SOIL.
In what promises to be one of the most significant moments in the festival’s history, the American formation will travel to the Forest of Voio, Greece, for an exceptionally rare performance.
THIS MAY ALSO BE THE LAST OPPORTUNITY TO WITNESS MINENWERFER LIVE, AS THIS EXCLUSIVE APPEARANCE COULD MARK THEIR FINAL PERFORMANCE EVER.
A historic occasion for the international black metal underground. No European tour. No additional dates announced. Just one exclusive performance in the forests of Northern Greece.
ONE FESTIVAL. ONE EXCLUSIVE SHOW. POSSIBLY THE LAST.
